Carting Licenses

Term:
Two years initially and two year renewals

Fees:
$5,000 license fee for a two year term
$500 fee per vehicle for a two year term
$600 disclosure for each principal and key employee
Fingerprint fee as required by New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. BIC will
advise the applicant of the requisite fee amount.

C & D Registrations

Term:
Two years initially and two year renewals

Fees:
$3,500 registration fee for a two year term
$500 fee per vehicle for a two year term

Self-Hauler Registrations

Term:
Two years initially and two year renewals

Fees:
$1,000 registration fee for a two year term
$400 fee per vehicle for a two year term

Broker Registrations

Term:
Two years initially and two year renewals

Fees:
$5,000 registration fee for a 2 year tearm
