Term:
Two years initially and an optional one year renewal at the Chair's discretion

Fees:
$1,000 for a two year term
$300 for each principal disclosure
Fingerprint fee as required by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. BIC will advise the applicant of the fee amount.

Non-seafood Wholesalers and Business Registrations:

Term:
Three years initially and three year renewals

Fees:
$300 for initial three year registration and
$250 for each three year renewal

Seafood Wholesalers and Seafood Deliverers

Term:
Two years initially and two year renewals

Fees:
$300 for initial two year registration and
$250 for each two year renewal

Labor Unions and Organizations and Wholesale Trade Associations

Term:
Three years initially and three year renewals

$300 for initial three year registration
