City Hall is located in City Hall Park in Manhattan. You can enter the plaza from either the west side of the park at Broadway and Murray Street or the east side at Park Row. For advance reservation tours, the tour docent will meet you outside in City Hall’s plaza in front of the Nathan Hale statue. If the weather is inclement, the tour docent will meet you inside the lobby.

Tweed Courthouse is located at 52 Chambers Street between Broadway and Centre Street in Manhattan. For advance reservation tours, the tour docent will meet you just past the reception desk in the rotunda on the second-floor.

The NYC tourism kiosk is located at the southern end of City Hall Park on the east side of Broadway at Barclay Street and is the sign-in location for the non-reservation tours of City Hall offered on most Wednesdays at 12:00 PM. These tours are limited to 20 people and are offered year-round on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation required.

Both buildings are accessible by public transportation:

By Subway:
4, 5, 6 trains to City Hall/Brooklyn Bridge
2, 3 trains to Park Place
R trains to City Hall
A, C trains to Chambers Street

By Bus:

You must pass through security before entering City Hall and Tweed Courthouse, so please allow for extra time and bring photo identification. Late arrivals will result in shortened tours, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are subject to cancellation.
