If you disagree with the judge's decision in your case - even if you think the decision is wrong or unfair - that's not a reason to make a complaint against an administrative law judge or hearing officer. However, you may be able to appeal the decision and have another judge or officer check to see that it's correct and fair. Rules on appeals vary from tribunal to tribunal. Check with the tribunal handling your case or contact our office for further information.
