The Mayor’s Office, CUNY, and the LAC Award Grants to ESL Teachers Forty-six NYC teachers will create exciting new ways of using We Are New York to help adults learn English. Projects will incorporate the We Are New York television show to develop lesson plans for use in existing ESL programs, as well as offer support and learning opportunities to more people.
