Goal: To identify issues of concern to youth in care, to communicate with the senior leadership of Children’s Services and to propose, advocate and implement strategies to enhance the experiences and outcomes of youth in care. The members represent the voices of youth in foster care as well as in their communities. Youth Leadership fosters positive youth and adult partnerships, provides community service, and develops empowerment skills through advocacy.
