Bridges to Health
Bridges to Health (B2H) is a Medicaid Waiver Program that provides supportive, wrap around and after care services to children, youth and adolescents, their birth, foster and adoptive parents and siblings in the home in their communities.

Resource Directory of Youth Workforce Development Services in New York City (PDF)
The Administration for Children’s Services, FEGS, and New York City Education and Training Coalition (NYCETC) have collaborated on a project: Building Bridges: Connecting the Foster Care and Workforce Communities to Support Positive Outcome for Youth.
The objective is to increase the employment opportunities for youth in foster care and for those transitioning out of foster care by improving the connections and collaborations between foster care providers and community-based workforce development providers. Enclosed is a resource directory of youth servicing agencies that are within NYCETC network of workforce development providers.
