ACS Commissioner Ronald E. Richter meets with members of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of Bangladesh.

ACS Commissioner Ronald E. Richter (center) accepts the seal of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of Bangladesh from Chairman Dr. Mizanur Rahman and NHRC Bangladesh Commissioner Kazi Reazul Hoque. Commissioner Richter met with the NHRC Bangladesh officials to discuss the child welfare and juvenile justice systems in New York City. At left is ACS Deputy Commissioner Raye Barbieri of the Division of Youth and Family Justice and Associate Commissioner Eden Hauslaib of the Division of Child Protection.
