NYC Administration for Children’s Services is hosting a special HIGH SCHOOL GOAL WEEKEND event on November 14, 2015 and November 21, 2015 between 9am and 1pm at the ACS main office, located at 150 William Street, New York, NY 10038. This event is for 8th graders currently in foster care or recently adopted. Youth and their families can come any time between 9am and 1pm to receive 1:1 assistance from a trained volunteer to learn about different high school choices and help with completing the high school application. Please remember that High School Applications are due on December 1, 2015!
All participating youth and adults will receive a Metrocard, snacks and other great prizes. All participating foster parents will receive annual training credits!!
