The following photo listing pages feature children who are available for adoption. They presently live in foster care or group homes and are in the custody and care of the Administration for Children's Services. The majority of these children are between the ages of 7 and 16, many have special physical, emotional, mental or learning needs, and there are many brothers and sisters who need homes together.
