The City Record newspaper is the official journal of the City of New York. It is published each weekday except legal holidays. The City Record includes notices from New York City agencies about: public hearings and meetings, court notices, property disposition, procurement (solicitation and awards), agency rules, and special material which includes changes in personnel.
Solicitation notices afford vendors and contractors the opportunity to compete for New York City's $7 billion worth of contracts for various categories of goods and services for over 100 agencies and other governmental organizations.
The City Record On-Line (CROL) features an electronic version of the Procurement Notices that appear every business day in the The City Record. CROL offers current and archived solicitations and awards, and gives vendors the opportunity to register to receive bid notifications by e-mail. Users will find the enhanced design easy to navigate with all related content at their fingertips.
While the printed publication of The City Record will continue to be the authoritative source for solicitations and other notices, CROL offers vendors the chance to review the full Procurement Notices of The The City Record conveniently from their home or office anytime day or night.
