- in privately owned and managed rental buildings
- for short or long-term lease
- located in all five boroughs
- market-rate or income restricted
The terms of the lease and type of housing will depend on your household’s specific needs. The supply of this housing is limited, and the majority of housing is located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. The City is working to expand the number of housing units across all boroughs.
You should register with FEMA before registering for the NYC Housing Recovery program.
