The City provides home health care for infants, children, adolescents and adults.
The certified home health agency delivers comprehensive home nursing, rehabilitation, social work and aide services to residents of Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx. Starting in the Fall 2009, services also will be offered to Brooklyn residents.
Complaints are accepted about home care services.
