The City provides information about community-focused health programs and services available in the South Bronx, Brooklyn, and Harlem. The City offers these programs and services through its District Public Health Offices (DPHO). Some of the programs and services include:
- Health Bucks, a program providing coupons to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers' markets
- Teen pregnancy prevention program
- Shape-Up New York, a free family fitness program
- Sport, Play and Active Recreation for Kids! (SPARK), a training curriculum for teachers and parents
