Quality Improvement Food Protection Course

Quality Improvement Food Protection is an advanced course for improving food safety. You must first complete the basic food protection course in order to take this one. This course is recommended for managers and operators of restaurants and other food establishments who want to improve their knowledge of food safety techniques and practices.

Training includes:
• How to create a system to reduce the risk of food-borne illness
• How to develop and implement a quality improvement or quality assurance plan
• Safe food handling practices
• Staff cleanliness
• Proper staff supervision and training

The course runs for three sessions, four hours each. The cost is $98.
