Sale of Synthetic Marijuana or Bath Salts

The City accepts reports of the sale or distribution of bath salts and synthetic marijuana products, which are banned in New York City.

Synthetic marijuana is often labeled as incense, herbal mixtures, or potpourri. It has been sold in tobacco or smoke shops, "head shops", convenience stores, bodegas, and gas stations.

Bath salts are another type of synthetic drug.

You can report stores within the five boroughs that are selling these products.

Call 311 to report the sale of synthetic marijuana.
