The City accepts reports of people or businesses that do not give advance notice about pesticide application.

The City accepts reports of home or property owners with a lawn, or other kind of green space covering an area larger than 100 square feet who do not post warning signs when using pesticides or pesticide-containing fertilizers outdoors.

The City also accepts reports of commercial lawn pesticide applicators who do not give written notice to occupants of neighboring properties 48 hours before applying lawn care pesticides.
