RPIE Non-Compliance Notice Information

The RPIE-2011 was due by September 4, 2012. If you have received an RPIE Non-Compliance Notice from the Department of Finance (Finance) in early 2013, it means that records show that you were required to file an RPIE-2011 but failed to:
- file a claim of exclusion (if applicable)
- file an RPIE
- file your RPIE by September 4, 2012, OR
- file your RPIE in the proper manner (such as electronically)

According to City Law, you can be penalized for not filing properly or not filing at all.
