Bus Stop Shelter Request or Complaint

The City accepts reports of broken glass, graffiti, structural damage, damaged benches, lighting or signage, or dirty conditions at a bus stop shelter.

The City accepts requests for new bus stop shelters and relocation of existing shelters. The City does not accept requests for benches in existing shelters. Benches are included in all new bus stop shelters.

A private company installs and maintains bus stop shelters in accordance with franchise agreements. The City reports complaints to the bus shelter contractor and monitors compliance.
