Most residential and mixed use properties with a 2-inch or smaller water service line may be eligible for the voluntary Service Line Protection plan, offered by the City through American Water Resources. This program covers costs associated with repairing a water or sewer line break. 

The monthly cost for this protection is $3.99 for your water service line, $7.99 for your sewer line, or $11.98 for both. This charge will be included in your regular water and sewer bill. Customers may enroll or leave this program at any time. 
 
Unmetered and delinquent accounts are not eligible for this program.
