You can report broken, damaged, or dirty pay phones; illegal activity taking place by pay phones; pay phones blocking a sidewalk; or lost coins in a pay phone located on a sidewalk. You can also report a problem with a pay phone in a subway station.
If the pay phone is inside of a building you must contact the landlord of the building about your complaint.
