Heat and Utility Bill Assistance

The City provides emergency financial assistance for individuals who have received an electric, gas or heating disconnect notice. Resources are also available for qualified households that have a low supply of heating fuel or a broken boiler or furnace.

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps low-income homeowners and renters pay bills for heating fuel, equipment and repairs.  HEAP is a seasonal program.
