Applications for the Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Section 8 Program are not accepted from the general public. Applicants must be referred by other HPD programs such as Special Needs Housing and the Emergency Housing Services Bureau and meet criteria specified in the HPD Administrative Plan. You can get information about the HPD Section 8 program if you have been referred by other HPD programs.
