Through the Physically Handicapped Children's Program (PHCP), the City provides services for physically challenged or chronically ill children under 21. Information is available about medical and orthodontic services and treatment. Eligible families include those without health insurance or those who have Medicaid or third party insurance that does not cover orthodontic or medically prescribed services.
Information, referrals, and care coordination are also available.
