Through the Nurse Family Partnership, the City arranges for nurses to visit first-time pregnant women at home.
The program provides eligible mothers living within the service area's designated zip codes with prenatal and postnatal medical assistance and parenting education. Women and teens must be within the first 28 weeks of their pregnancy with their first child to be eligible for this program.
