You should receive an email notification if you have submitted a Service Request through 311 and have provided a valid email address. 311 does not send email receipts for Literature Service Requests or Service Requests taken by agency specialists. 311 will send all Service Requests to the correct agency for action regardless of whether you received an email notification.
