Mayor's Management Report

The Mayor's Management Report (MMR) is a government "report card" that measures actual performance and service delivery by city agencies. It highlights agency accomplishments, as well as city services that require additional improvements. It serves as an important tool in improving initiatives involved in public safety, quality of life, and customer service delivery.

The MMR is released twice a year. The Preliminary MMR provides information about city service delivery during the first four months of the fiscal year. The fiscal MMR covers the entire fiscal year.

Additional and more frequently updated information on agency performance measures is included in the online Citywide Performance Reporting (CPR) system.
