The City provides information about the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program. This is a community-based 10-week training program covering disaster preparedness and basic response skills. The program teaches residents to educate and inform their neighbors on preparedness measures, as well as assist emergency personnel in large-scale emergencies.
