Public Benefit Fair Hearing Request

The State provides assistance with fighting or appealing public assistance cases, including food stamps, Medicaid, Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), as well as being denied financial assistance for child care. You can request a fair hearing by Internet, phone, fax, mail, or by visiting a walk-in location.
