Loan and Grant Programs for Properties Affected by Hurricane Sandy

The Center for New York City Neighborhoods’ (CNYCN) Neighborhood Recovery Fund (NRF) was set up to provide grants and interest-free loans to homeowners affected by Hurricane Sandy. Unfortunately, the program is no longer taking new applications at this time as initial funding has already been allocated to homeowners who have applied. Homeowners may contact CNYCN to put their name on a waiting list for follow-up should additional funds become available.
