HomeBase Program to Prevent Becoming Homeless

The City's HomeBase is a homelessness prevention program administered by community-based organizations in high-need neighborhoods. The community-based organizations provide casework services and issue short-term financial assistance. They will also help individuals and families locate existing community-based resources such as job training, child care, and anti-eviction legal services.
