The State provides the Healthy NY insurance program to eligible individuals and small businesses. Healthy NY allows uninsured workers and sole proprietors whose employers do not provide health insurance to purchase comprehensive coverage. Healthy NY also helps small business owners provide their employees and their employees' families with health insurance.
