Through the Family Health Plus Premium Assistance Program, the City provides assistance with the cost of employer's health insurance plans. You may qualify for this program if your income and resources are at the right level for Family Health Plus, but you are not eligible for Family Health Plus coverage because you have third party health insurance that pays your share of premiums, deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.

Family Health Plus Premium Assistance Program also provides Medicaid-level coverage for services that may not be included in your employer's offered policy.
