The City places and maintains garbage receptacles at commercial street corners along standard collection routes.
The City accepts requests for litter baskets in new locations within commercial and mixed-use zones. The City also accepts reports that public waste receptacles are overflowing or are being used for household or commercial purposes.
A person or group may adopt a City trash receptacle and change liners when the baskets are full. The City provides liner bags and a collection schedule.
A person or group may donate an upgraded litter basket to replace a standard litter basket. The sponsor will receive a recognition sign with their name or company logo.
