Highway Surface Complaint

You can report the following surface conditions making highways uneven:

  • Potholes - Requests to fill circular-shaped shallow holes where the pavement has worn away.
  • Cave-ins - Requests to repair irregular-shaped deep holes where the highway has collapsed.
  • Manhole covers - Reports of missing, damaged, raised, sunken or noisy round-shaped metal covers, as well as asphalt or concrete defects around them.

You can also request resurfacing of City highways that are rough, cracked, or pitted beyond repair. The review may take up to twelve weeks. You will receive a response after the review is completed.

Call 911 if the condition threatens to cause an accident.
