You can report a building construction violation.

Building construction is generally allowed Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 6 PM. Construction done without an approved variance Monday to Friday before 7 AM or after 6 PM or on the weekends is considered after hours construction and is not allowed. Owners of one- and two-family homes may make alterations or repairs on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM if the home is more than 300 feet from a house of worship.

  • Causing debris to fall or be in danger of falling
  • No fence or netting to protect neighboring property
  • Unsafe for the construction workers
