You can file for a tow refund online or by mail.

To file online, go here. Submit a tow refund application and follow the instructions for faxing a copy of your tow receipt or voucher and the confirmation you get after submitting your application.

To file by mail, submit a completed Parking/Camera Violations Refund Form and copies of any proof of overpayment.

If someone other than the registered owner paid the fee, that person must file for the refund.
